Off to Florida...

First, i want to say that the redneck pictures are coming! due to the lack of cooperation from my laptop there will be a bit of a delay. So now -- this afternoon I'm heading off to the sunshine state for some craziness with the girls. Me, my cousins, and my sister in law. We are all married, half of us with kids and one that is pregnant. This will be a nice break from the stress of life, and its always fun to get away for a girls trip. Only problem is i will regrettably miss Adrianas very first dance class on Saturday morning. Yesterday we went shopping for leotards and ballet/tap shoes. She is going to be so stinking cute!!

Redneck Craziness

Friday night consisted of shopping shopping and more shopping which is never a bad thing ...even if it was just for food, party supplies and all those last minute things. I was running around all afternoon like a chicken with its head cut off. So busy that i even forgot Friday was Jackie's b day. Ive already apologized and i feel like not a very nice friend. I should have written it down on one of my many lists. *food shopping, *straw hat, *gift bags, *gas cans, *call Jackie.- maybe then i would've have remembered. Sorry Jax, love you!! Anyhoo, all the craziness started up again Saturday morning, *pick up table/chairs, *set up tent, *get keg, *ice luge....good thing the party doesn't start till 7pm. so it was time to get dressed. For those of you who don't know this year was a redneck theme. Get out the overalls, mullets, all that good stuff. I am happy to report the EVERYONE dressed up!! I hope that everyone had as good of a time as i did. All the craziness was worth it. What a great time with great people (and a goat =)). Stayed tuned for some priceless pictures!!

My first post!!

So, Ive just decided that I am going to start a blog!! Dont ask me why but there are a couple of blogs that i check daily and i really enjoy reading. Plus- it seems everyone has one these days! It gives you a chance to see what going on in the life of someone who maybe you dont get to see very often...which is always nice. I am going to try to be good about posting regularly. I hope that you all enjoy my familys' little spot on the world wide web.
